Four racers have been summoned to the stewards.

      After the qualifying session of the Canadian Grand Prix, the stewards summoned four drivers for various violations. Fernando Alonso and representatives of Aston Martin were called for the unsafe release of the Spanish driver's car into the pit lane. Alonso's teammate Lance Stroll was summoned to the stewards for two violations. The first was that his car was released onto the track in an unsafe condition, and the second was for blocking Nico Hülkenberg at Turn 5. Cadillac driver Sergio Pérez was called for impeding Fernando Alonso on the straight before the final chicane by incorrectly positioning himself on the track, violating the race director's instructions. Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton was summoned to the stewards for blocking Pierre Gasly at Turn 8.
