Today we squeezed everything out of the car that it was capable of. On a track with low grip, we had to constantly fight with the balance, trying to keep the car on the track.
Looking at the situation as a whole, considering the start of the weekend on Saturday, the result is not bad. The main issues were drivability and the power unit – this track really highlights weaknesses in these areas. Nevertheless, before qualifying, we managed to set up the car well, and the balance seemed quite acceptable.
It's clear that we have work to do, but tomorrow we will have another chance, especially if the conditions change, and we will try to make the most of it."
Gabriel Bortoleto (13th): "Today we couldn't conduct a clean qualifying – yesterday I felt a bit more comfortable in the car. But I don't think we could have achieved more with what we have right now. Nico drove a better lap, his result reflects our current position in terms of pace more accurately.
Considering the weather forecast, the race could be interesting. We haven't raced these cars in the rain yet – let's see what happens. We still have difficulties at the start, which we confirmed again in the sprint, but if we can fix that, the results will improve immediately."
