There are many factors for example, a weather forecast. If the weekend is going to be hot, we bring more soft drinks, if cold, the team will no more drink of tea and coffee. For transportation we have a special refrigerated trailer. If something is not enough, this weekend our staff will purchase all in Budapest, say fresh vegetables or fruits, mineral water and so on.
Starting Thursday, my daily schedule is approximately the same. On route we come before all, to prepare a team Breakfast. He usually starts at 8 or 830 in the morning. This is a standard English Breakfast bacon, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, fresh fruit and vegetables, bread and coffee.
