Hadjar promises there will be no 'yelling' over the radio in his debut season in F1.

Rookie Isack Hadjar has indicated that his fans will hear less from him during races now that he’s in Formula 1. As the Frenchman prepares for his debut with the Racing Bulls this year, Red Bull advisor Dr. Helmut Marko recently labeled Hadjar as "very fast" yet also "very impulsive." The 20-year-old understands what he needs to focus on for 2025.

"I need to be less irritated on the radio," he told L’Equipe with a smile, reflecting on the challenges faced by experienced teammate Yuki Tsunoda in managing his own frustrations over the radio. "It’s an issue for some, but it’s not a concern for me," Hadjar remarked. "I recognize my actions and I understand my motivations. But I get the feedback I’ve received, so I’ll make a change this year. I’ll vent to myself in the car, where no one else can hear."

Recently, Hadjar confessed he was feeling somewhat "scared" about competing in Formula 1 alongside renowned drivers such as Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen. However, he now maintains: "I am thrilled and truly enjoy this experience. It’s already a very hectic time and a bit exhausting," he acknowledged. "My schedule is rather complex."

He has even taken the team’s advice and moved to Faenza, Italy. "I aimed to maximize my chances for success," Hadjar said. "I want to eliminate any regrets about missed opportunities. I want to give myself every chance to excel. Being new means I need to familiarize myself with the people I’ll be working with. I engage in a lot of team-building activities and already spend a significant amount of time with my engineer."
