James Vowles: "These are sensible changes to the regulations. The teams, FIA, and Formula 1 have done a lot of work over the past few weeks to agree on them.
This season, we have already seen quite a few exciting races, but it is important to constantly look for ways to improve further. I look forward to seeing how these innovations work, starting with the Miami event."
