Второй крупный набор обновлений (после обновления в Майами) Ferrari планирует представить на этапе в Барселоне, который состоится в середине июня. Это будет традиционный этап с тремя тренировками, где команда надеется полноценно протестировать новые элементы.
Обновления для Барселоны касаются переднего антикрыла, днища и кузовных деталей. Кроме того, Ferrari продолжает разработку аэродинамики вокруг выхлопной системы и заднего антикрыла, где также появятся новшества.
На данный момент не предполагается серьезных изменений в системе охлаждения, радиаторах или боковых понтонах, хотя Ferrari внимательно анализирует концепцию боковых понтонов Red Bull.
К этапу в Барселоне будет готова и обновленная версия силовой установки. В целом, ожидается значительный прогресс, однако соперники также продолжают развиваться.
