Sauber's title partner will have to shut down the site

The title partner of the Sauber team, Stake, has been ordered by the UK's state-run Gambling Commission to shut down its website. Stake, which entered into a title partnership with Sauber last year, came under fire after a video of a pornographic actress accompanied by the company's logo appeared on social media.

Premier League soccer club Everton, which is also sponsored by Stake, has been informed by the commission of the "risks associated with the promotion of illegal gambling sites". How this will affect Sauber is not yet known, but it would not be surprising if the team removed the Stake logo from its cars during some Grands Prix, as it did last year.
