George Russell: I didn't talk to Max

At the end of last season there was a verbal altercation between Max Verstappen and George Russell through the press, with Max calling his rival a liar and George claiming the reigning world champion has been bullying people for years. Before the F1 75 ceremony in London, the Mercedes driver revealed he had not spoken to Verstappen during the winter break and has no plans to change his approach to fighting Max. George Russell: "I haven't spoken to him and I don't have any concerns about him and his driving style. It all happened last year and I want to focus on myself. A lot of things got out of hand last year and I've made it clear that I'm not going to let that happen again. We're living in 2025 and I'm focused on my job, which is to win. I'm not going to change my approach against Max or against any other driver, the goal remains the same. We'll see what we can do when we get to Melbourne."
