The chief mechanic of Red Bull Racing resigned from his post

      Red Bull Racing chief mechanic Calum Nicholas announced on social media that he had resigned from his post before the start of the season.

      After working in the pits for 15 years, 13 Formula 1 seasons and 233 Grand Prix, Calum retired and will no longer serve as a mechanic, becoming an ambassador for Red Bull. He also wrote a book about the life of a mechanic in the paddock, which will be released in March.

      Calum Nicholas: "Thank you to everyone who was a part of this amazing journey. During the last decade of my life, I have been very lucky to work with an incredible group of people in a unique team. Today, I am pleased to announce that I am embarking on an exciting new role as an ambassador for Red Bull Racing!"
