Racing Bulls CEO Laurent Mekis commented on the return of Liam Lawson to the team and wished good luck to Yuki Tsunoda at Red Bull Racing.
Laurent Mekis: "We are incredibly proud that Yuki deserved to join Red Bull Racing! His progress last year and at the beginning of 2025 was impressive. It was an honor for me personally and for everyone in Faenza and Milton Keynes to see this progress. Yuki's energy and positive attitude lit up every corner of our bases and pits, and he will always be a part of Racing Bulls! We wish him well-deserved success at Red Bull Racing.
Everyone at Racing Bulls is excited to be able to work hard with Liam again and provide him with the best environment possible so that he can shine in our car and unleash the talent that we know he has.
He fitted in perfectly with the team last year, and we are looking forward to the challenge ahead and the opportunity to grow as a team. Together with Isaac Hajjar, who started the season well, we know that we have a young and strong squad of drivers."
