Liuzzi: In order not to give up, a racer needs a strong psyche

      Vitantonio Liuzzi, a former Formula 1 racer who once played for teams such as Red Bull Racing, Toro Rosso, Force India and HRT, believes that Liam Lawson, despite his "demotion", has good opportunities to restore his reputation.

      In order not to give up, a racer needs a strong psyche, and I know that a person can easily be trapped by psychological problems – in general, Liam will need to give his best again.

      This is a good opportunity for him to regain his mental balance – it is possible that in the future he may have a chance to return to Red Bull. But only if he proves that he really deserves a place in Formula 1.

      However, now this team needs a second rider to earn points, because it is clear that it has lost its former dominance. If Red Bull Racing wants to fight for the championship, they can't afford to waste time, so when Liam showed no signs of progress in the second race of the season, they had to make a decision very quickly.

      Besides, if we talk about Yuki, they saw at last year's tests in Abu Dhabi that he was doing a pretty good job. So, in my opinion, Red Bull believes that with Tsunoda, the difference in the results of their two drivers will decrease somewhat.

      Of course, it's never easy to be the team-mate of a master like Max Verstappen, but Yuki already has some experience in Formula 1 – in general, they want to try another solution. It's a delicate moment, but it should be easier for Tsunoda to achieve something in this team."
