Niki Lauda's widow secretly married
The Swiss press writes that Niki Lauda's widow, 46–year-old Birgit Lauda, secretly married her partner Markus Sieberer. The civil ceremony took place last Friday in the canton of Zug and was held in a small circle.
"Marcus is not just a companion. He's the new man in my life after Nicky. We met in Ibiza through mutual friends," Lauda said in 2021.
Former flight attendant Birgit was married to Niki Lauda from 2008 until his death in 2019, and they have two children, twins Max and Mia. After Niki's death, Birgit sued for an increase in her share of the inheritance and got her way.
