It's interesting that when you move from a team fighting for the title to a team that is only striving for a title, you see that some things were done better in the previous team, and some things are done better in the new one. That’s the beauty of sports – there are so many talents here.
Our task, together with Mattia [Binotto], is to steer the team in the right direction and ensure it moves forward. I think our ship is starting to turn toward the right course."
