In Miami, Michelle-Grojan will become Hamilton's engineer.
After Riccardo Adami's departure, Carlo Santi was the temporary race engineer for Lewis Hamilton during the first three Grands Prix, but by Miami, Cedric Michel-Grosjean, who moved from McLaren, is expected to officially take on this role.
During the first three races, Cedric observed and adapted, assessing what information was important for Lewis on the track and how the interaction among staff was organized during the race at Ferrari.
Initially, it was planned for Michel-Grosjean to debut as Lewis's race engineer at the Bahrain Grand Prix, but after the cancellation of the races in the Middle East, the timeline shifted, giving Michel-Grosjean additional time to work with the driver at the Maranello base and a complete understanding of the team's working methods.
