Aston Martin driver Lance Stroll has decided to follow in the footsteps of Max Verstappen and try his hand at touring car racing. In April, the Canadian will take the start at the first round of the GT World Challenge Europe season, which will take place at the Paul Ricard circuit in France on April 11-12. Lance will pilot the Aston Martin Vantage GT3 of the Comtoyou Racing team. Joining him in the same crew will be former Formula 1 driver Roberto Merhi and Formula 2 driver Marie Boy. Lance Stroll has experience in endurance racing. In the mid-2010s, before starting his collaboration with Williams, Lance participated twice in the 24 Hours of Daytona marathon. However, both times he drove prototypes, while this month he will get behind the wheel of a GT class racing car.
