      Nicholas Tombazis: "High-speed crashes are always unpleasant. It would be wrong to say that we were expecting it, but the significant speed difference between cars in certain situations has been recognized as a risk factor. The issue of the crash was discussed, but before taking action, we need to analyze some parameters.

      When we rush to change the rules, there is always a risk that we will only worsen the situation or cause a whole range of other problems, so time is needed. But safety is our top priority."

      The FIA will hold another meeting with the teams next week to agree on amendments before the continuation of the season in Miami.
