Bottas took 3rd place in the cycling race in California.

      This weekend, Valtteri Bottas and his girlfriend Tiffany Cromwell are participating in the global cycling festival Life Time Sea Otter Classic in California.

      Firstly, Valtteri has long considered cyclocross one of the best ways to prepare for Formula 1 races, and secondly, he will be able to adapt well to the change in time zones, as there is not much time left before the Miami Grand Prix.

      As reported by the Canadian publication Cycling Magazine, the most famous participant who stepped onto the podium yesterday was indeed Valtteri, the driver for the Cadillac F1 team.

      Bottas took part in a 60-mile gravel race held in the vicinity of the famous Laguna Seca racetrack, and its route featured quite challenging terrain, making it more akin to a mountain biking competition.

      But Valtteri handled the task quite well: in his age category (30-39 years), he completed the 60-mile distance in 3 hours, 31 minutes, and 02 seconds with an average speed of 27 km/h, finishing in 3rd place.
