Hamilton: The atmosphere at Silverstone is incredible!

      Question: The weekend at Silverstone is one of the highlights of the calendar. What makes this track special for drivers, what do you like most about this track?

      Lewis Hamilton: There is no other place in the world like Silverstone. It’s one of the fastest and most challenging tracks on the calendar, where the high-speed sections, especially Maggotts, Becketts, and Copse, present a real challenge – at every change of direction, you maintain a huge speed in a fully loaded car. There aren’t many places on other tracks that are as difficult.

      But it’s not just the layout of the track that makes it special. There’s a fantastic atmosphere here, incredible support from the fans. When you go out on the track, you really feel their energy. It makes this event special.

      Question: Hundreds of thousands of fans turn this event into one of the biggest sporting events of the year. Does the home race still feel special to you even after all these years?

      Lewis Hamilton: Silverstone is always one of the highlights of the season. Competing at a home race, on a track where I grew up, in front of my family, friends, and fans who have supported me for so many years – it’s truly amazing!

      It’s incredible to see how this event has developed. It’s not just about the scale of the audience, but also its diversity. You can see fans of all ages here; it really is a true family event.

      As you leave the pits, you feel the energy, see the flags, hear the roar of the stands – it creates an incredible atmosphere and instantly lifts your spirits! This support means a lot to me and certainly boosts my motivation. The fans have played a huge role in every success I’ve achieved here over the years.

      Question: Success in Formula 1 is often achieved through a series of small improvements rather than one big breakthrough. How do you assess the team’s development throughout the season, do you feel confident that Ferrari is moving in the right direction?

      Lewis Hamilton: In racing, there are no magic solutions. It’s always a multitude of small steps taken through months of hard work, dedication, and belief from everyone involved – that’s what I see in Ferrari.

      I’m proud of this team and the path we’re taking together. I see a group of dedicated, hardworking, and truly united people, and that gives me confidence because I know that everyone in Maranello is working hard. Now the key is to keep developing, achieve stability, and get the most out of every weekend.
