Mercedes is not ready to ask Russell to help Antonelli.

      After the Belgian Grand Prix, Kimi Antonelli's lead over George Russell in the individual standings increased to 50 points. However, after the race in Spa, Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff stated that he does not plan to use team tactics to help Antonelli win the title.

      Toto Wolff: "We learned lessons from what happened in Barcelona, so now the task is not to waste time fighting each other.       We would never deprive any of our drivers of a victory. So, if George were ahead, despite being behind Kimi in the championship, we still wouldn't interfere in the battle at this stage of the season.

      Every driver has tough periods, at least those I've worked with. This happens to all athletes, and in such moments, you need to find a way to motivate the person and help them regain their confidence.

      George has his own approach, and I definitely try to help him. I have known him for a long time and understand what he is going through right now. The team supports him one hundred percent."
