Sébastien Buemi retires from Formula E.
Sebastien Buemi's 12-year career in Formula E will conclude this weekend with the final round of the electric series in London. The 37-year-old Swiss driver has decided not to compete next season as a racer but will continue his collaboration with the Envision Racing team as a consultant. Buemi will continue his racing career in endurance racing with Toyota Racing, with which he has won four races at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and four championship titles. The team's second driver, Joel Eriksson, will also leave Envision Racing. The lineup for next season will be announced by the team this weekend. Maximilian Günther and Zak O'Sullivan are expected to be part of it.
