      Liam Lawson saldrá en Las Vegas desde la sexta posición; su compañero, Isaac Hajar, desde la octava. Ayer los pilotos de Racing Bulls fueron de los que mejor supieron afrontar las condiciones muy complicadas en las que se disputó la clasificación en el circuito urbano de alta velocidad, empapado por la lluvia.

      Liam Lawson: «Es agradable arrancar desde la tercera fila, porque cada vez que me pongo al volante estoy decidido a lograr un buen resultado. Si hace un año en Las Vegas tuvimos serias dificultades, este fin de semana por ahora todo está yendo bastante bien.

      La clasificación de ayer se disputó en condiciones increíblemente difíciles; ¡hace tiempo que no había una sesión así! En general, estoy muy satisfecho de haber podido conseguir el sexto puesto. Para nosotros es muy importante sumar la mayor cantidad de puntos posible, ya que el equipo lucha por el sexto puesto en el Campeonato de Constructores, y en Brasil lo hicimos muy bien, sumando puntos con ambos monoplazas.

      Intentaremos repetirlo hoy, y espero que todo transcurra sin demasiadas complicaciones, aunque la carrera promete ser dura».
