Фернандо Алонсо: «У нашего автомобиля есть слабые стороны, над которыми нам нужно поработать, но мы соревнуемся в плотной группе с другими командами, и если удачно проведем уик-энд, сможем набрать много очков.
Сейчас всё зависит от настроек. В Мельбурне мы продолжили эксперименты и увидели разницу в поведении машины между третьей тренировкой и квалификацией. Это была та же машина в такой же конфигурации, но с одними настройками она оказалась более конкурентоспособной, а с другими – менее. Теперь нужно всё проанализировать и сделать правильные выводы.
Впереди гонка в Китае, которая пройдет в формате с субботним спринтом и единственной тренировкой, в которой не получится экспериментировать, но такая ситуация для всех одинаковая. Все команды сейчас учатся работать со своими автомобилями, и мы не исключение».
