Antonelli: I don't feel I've come to replace Hamilton

With just over a month to go until Andrea Kimi Antonelli's debut race in Formula 1. The young Italian racer does not consider himself a replacement for Lewis Hamilton and offers to call him "the next racer Mercedes". Andrea Kimi Antonelli: "In the first race we will see how I adapted, what is my speed and so on, but it is obvious that I am waiting for a serious challenge. But I don't feel I've come to the team to replace Lewis. I feel like I'm the next Mercedes driver and that's a big responsibility in itself. I got a great chance, and I want to make the most of it. I set myself up to fly to Australia and fight for the victory, but at the same time you have to remain realistic. I have nineteen of the best riders in the world to contend with, so it's just not going to be easy. I will focus on my job, try to do it as well as I can and learn a lot. Then we'll see what the results will be. Right now I'm focused on the daily preparation and the work I have to do with the team. Everything is working out well and I'm looking forward to the first race."
