David Coulthard will compete in the Race of Champions
Former Formula 1 driver David Coulthard will compete in the Race of Champions, which will be held on March 7-8 in Sydney, Australia. Thus, this year, the number of participants in the competition, formerly in Formula 1, has already increased to four. In addition to David at the start of the Race of Champions will go Sebastian Vettel, Valtteri Bottas and Mick Schumacher. David Coulthard: "The Race of Champions reminds all participants why we all once started racing. On the track it's pure competition, but off the track it's an amazing camaraderie. The battle on the track is as tough as it can be because everyone wants to win, but once the race is over, the atmosphere between all of us from different series and generations is amazing. Having finished my career, I continue to get behind the wheel for Red Bull demo races around the world. The snow and ice at the Race of Champions in Sweden was not my favorite surface, but I've always been fast on asphalt tracks, so I intend to win the Race of Champions for the third time in Sydney".
