Andrea Stella, team leader: "I think every member of our team thought, 'Wow, now our boxes are the first. But I know my team well. We were distracted by this thought for just a second, and then moved on. After such a victory, it's like you're starting from scratch, and in such a situation, it's important to be professional and focused on your work.
Will we celebrate podiums in the upcoming season, or just wins? Celebrating success is part of our culture. The podium is an important result, so we will celebrate it within the team, but it all depends on the situation, on the mood, on expectations.
We are all human beings, we all stand on the ground, we all want to continue to recognize and celebrate successes, even if it is not a victory, because a podium in Formula 1 is a successful result, although not as significant as two years ago, when any podium was comparable to a victory for us.
