Stefano Domenicali, the recently reappointed CEO of Formula 1, is boarding a flight from Melbourne to Bangkok after the season opener on Sunday. "I’m finishing up the race here in Melbourne, and then I’m heading to Thailand to explore potential interest from the government for development there," he explained to Sky Italia. This decision follows the successful negotiation of the crucial 'Concorde Agreement,' which ties the teams and the FIA to Formula 1.

"Domenicali has transformed this sport without hurrying the process," said Alpine advisor Flavio Briatore, who has been involved in the sport intermittently since the late 1980s, speaking to La Gazzetta dello Sport. Domenicali noted that the interest from aspiring promoters globally indicates that Formula 1 is currently enjoying significant popularity and vitality. "We have other locations in Europe, and as you know, there are interests in Africa, as well as in South America now," he stated.

The Italian has also successfully solidified many new races through long-term lucrative agreements. "This enables them to invest, enhance the facilities, and elevate the quality of entertainment we offer our fans," Domenicali remarked. "We’re attracting considerable attention from everywhere."
