Pierre Gasly's helmet will go under the hammer for an impressive sum

At the beginning of the year, we talked about a competition for fans all over the world: they were asked to create their own helmet design for Pierre Gasly, and the French Alpine F1 racer was going to compete in it at the Australian Grand Prix.

The winner of the competition was Brazilian Thiago Barra – it was his sketch that Pierre liked the most, and the design of the helmet really turned out to be very original and aesthetically appealing. Now this helmet has been put up for charity auction, and more than 10 thousand euros are already being offered for the lot.

The Brazilian fan was inspired by the traditional symbols of Australia, including the fauna of the "Green Continent", as well as the colors of the Australian flag used in the design of the helmet.

Judging by the number of likes that photos of the helmet have collected on social networks, fans appreciated it, and it is logical that the bids during the bidding process, organized with the participation of F1 Authenticts, continue to grow. In a few days, it will be known how much the unique helmet will go under the hammer for, but it has already reached an impressive level.
