      In Saturday's practice session of the Japanese Grand Prix, Max Verstappen and Oscar Piastri violated the instructions of the race director in the pit lane.

      Red Bull Racing and McLaren racers overtook several cars in the pit lane, driving through the area reserved for start practice. Having studied the circumstances of the incident, the stewards of the Japanese Grand Prix issued warnings to Verstappen and Piastri, as well as their teams.

      The day before, Lewis Hamilton and Lance Stroll received warnings for similar violations.
