Red Bull held an emergency meeting

After the unsuccessful race in Bahrain, Red Bull held an emergency meeting with key employees – team principal Christian Horner, consultant Helmut Marko, technical Director Pierre Vache and Chief Engineer Paul Monaghan.

After the meeting, Marco, who was being scolded by Max Verstappen's manager for a long time, went out to the reporters.…

Helmut Marko: "This is a very difficult day for Red Bull. The problems are obvious. We need to get the car back up to speed as soon as possible and perform flawlessly in the pit stops again. Right now our car is not the fastest, and the pit stops are not working. This is unacceptable.

We know that we are not competitive enough, and in the coming races we will bring new items that, hopefully, will allow us to improve.

We have a lot of problems. The main one is balance. Because of this, I believe, there were problems with the brakes. And then the most common procedures, like pit stops, didn't work - one problem followed another.

One thing is clear: we need to make progress. Real progress is not based on points, but on a stopwatch, and with the form that we are showing now, the World Cup cannot be won."
