Charles accelerated too much in turn ten, which is driven with the accelerator pedal to the floor on a dry track, lost control of the car due to aquaplaning and hit the wall with his right side.
Charles tried to drive slowly to the pits, but the Ferrari driver was still forced to stop on the track and leave the cockpit. He won't be at the start of the sprint.
