Max Verstappen: Qualifying will play a key role
After Max Verstappen's victory in Imola, Red Bull would like to consolidate its success in Monaco.…
Max Verstappen: "It's great to start a series of three Grands Prix in a row with a win at Imola. Last weekend we made progress with the car, I felt more comfortable behind the wheel, now we need to move on.
In Monaco, it's a bit more complicated, because it's a street circuit. We didn't do well there before, but we are optimistic. Qualifying will play a key role, and on Saturday it is important to realize the car's potential and achieve a high starting position. Besides, it's nice to have this race closer to home, because we're going to have a hectic and stressful weekend!"
Yuki Tsunoda: "I want to forget some moments of last weekend at Imola as soon as possible, but there were also positive moments that give me strength before Monaco. I made a stupid mistake in qualifying – I need to learn patience. The car felt good all weekend, allowing me to move up to tenth place in the race after starting from the pit lane, but I want to achieve more in Monaco. The main thing this weekend is to focus on this track and on the RB21 to be successful.
In Monaco, Red Bull always presents itself like no other team, and I want to achieve the result that I know we are capable of on the track."
