Aston Martin told what Newey will do in Monaco

      In early March, Adrian Newey started working at Aston Martin, and the Monaco Grand Prix will be the first stage to which the legendary designer will arrive with his new team. Head Andy Cowell explained what role Newey will have in the team this weekend.

      Andy Cowell: "Adrian is in Monaco, and he will see how the team works during the race weekend, how we optimize the car. There will be two pit stops in the upcoming race, so his experience will help in developing an alternative strategy. He will see that we are doing the right thing, which is not as good as we could be. Adrian will help us adjust our work so that we become a stronger team.

      To develop the 2026 car, he has at his disposal all the tools that the team has – CFD, wind tunnel. He sees all the information, from the drawing board to the results of the work in the wind tunnel.
