Formula E: Sette Camara will replace Nato at the Berlin stage

Nissan's Formula E factory team has announced that Norman Nato will be replaced by reserve driver Sergio Cette Camara at the July double stage in Berlin.

This is due to the fact that the "6 Hours of Sao Paulo", the fifth stage of the World Endurance Championship, is taking place in Brazil on July 13, and this is a priority for Nato, as he is part of the No. 12 Cadillac Team Jota crew.

And Sette Camara will get a good opportunity to prove himself behind the wheel of a Nissan racing electric car, because it is one of the best Formula E cars, and it is no coincidence that Oliver Rowland, the leading driver of the Japanese team, is the sole leader of the championship.

Sergio Sette Camara: "I am very happy to be able to drive for the Nissan team in Berlin. This is a good opportunity for me to drive one of the best cars in the championship, because I have never had such an experience before, and I am ready to give my best.

I am pleased to work with this team even as a reserve driver, because the Nissan Formula E Team is distinguished by a winning mentality. The atmosphere that prevails in it promotes professional growth, and the fact that I am in this team gives me a fighting spirit.

Returning to racing is a special event, and the fact that I have to drive for Nissan makes it even more significant."

Sette Camara competed in Formula E from the 8th to the 10th season of the electric series for the Dragon Penske, NIO 333 and ERT/Cupra teams, but mostly finished in one of the last places.
