      Of course, Andrea Stella, the head of the British team, praised the 19-year-old racer: "First of all, it should be emphasized that, in accordance with our plans, Alex performed a large amount of work to test the effectiveness of the new elements, as well as analyzing the settings, in particular, we experimented with the angle of the longitudinal tilt of the chassis relative to the track. 

      In addition, we don't see on TV how he worked with various adjustments, changing the positions of the switches on the steering wheel, and this is an additional and very serious burden on the rider, since all the switches need to be made at exactly the right moment in certain areas of the circle.

      And Alex acted very carefully, which made a great impression. In addition, he had the opportunity to show his speed, although there were no surprises in this regard, because we know that he is a fast racer. I think it's necessary to analyze the lap results with caution, because he showed his best time at the end of his race, when there was little fuel left in the tank of the car.

      But, in my opinion, in general, his work in this session left a very positive impression and set up an optimistic mood. This is important for both Alex and McLaren. So now we will continue to prepare for the remaining sessions of the weekend."
