Hajar on the challenges of being Verstappen's teammate
At Silverstone, Isaac Hadjar was asked what would be the hardest for him if he became Max Verstappen's teammate...
Isaac Hadjar: "Becoming Max's teammate, I would start every weekend at the back, without initiative. At every track, Max quickly finds his rhythm, so I would have to catch up during the weekend.
It's a different approach. I haven't encountered this before, as I have never competed with a four-time world champion.
The main thing is, I have no problems with psychology and never have. The only thing that worries me is whether my racing skills are enough to compete on the same level with him, but psychologically I am very strong and not worried about it."
