The Racing Bulls team announced that they are returning to Goodwood, and Liam Lawson will represent them at this weekend’s Festival of Speed.
This year’s festival is dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Formula 1, and Liam will participate in hill climb competitions driving the RB7, which will be painted in the current Racing Bulls colors. His co-drivers will be David Coulthard, a former F1 driver and 13 Grand Prix winner, and Patrick Frikacher.
The Austrian driver previously competed in 11 races for Minardi and has recently collaborated with Red Bull, mainly participating in demonstration runs.
Peter Bayer, CEO of Racing Bulls: "As we continue to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Formula 1, together with Red Bull Racing, we are preparing to return to the Festival of Speed in Goodwood.
I am glad that Liam will take part in the hill climb competition, and passionate and dedicated motorsport fans will witness this very exciting event."
