Is Horner's dismissal related to a change in ownership?

The European press links the dismissal of Christian Horner from Red Bull not only to the decline in sporting results. It is believed that the controlling stake in Red Bull owned by the Yuvirdya family helped Horner retain his position last year, despite objections from the Austrian part of the company led by Mark Matesic. However, last month, Thai billionaire Chalem Yuvirdya, Horner's chief deputy, transferred 2% of his shares to Swiss Fides Trustees SA by court order. For the first time in Red Bull GmbH's history, the Yuvirdya family ceased to be the main shareholder, and Horner was dismissed.
