The stewards found no violation in Verstappen's actions.

After qualifying for the Dutch Grand Prix, Max Verstappen was called before the stewards for driving too slowly on track. At the hearing the Red Bull Racing driver explained that at the start of the lap he slowed to let faster cars through, and at the end of the lap he slowed again under yellow flags, so he failed to complete the lap within the permitted time. The stewards accepted this explanation and did not impose any penalties on Max Verstappen.
