Berman could be penalized with a pit-lane start.
Oliver Bearman qualified 19th in Zandvoort but could be penalised with a start from the pit lane for a Haas F1 breach of the regulations.
FIA technical delegate Joe Bauer informed the stewards of a possible breach of Article 40.6 of the sporting regulations. The reason is that two hours after qualifying the team did not cover Bearman's car with a tarp in parc fermé, meaning FIA scrutineers could not seal that cover.
In this case the infringement committed by the team also applies to the driver. However, it could also be a deliberate move by the team if they had planned to do something with Bearman's car in parc fermé.
