      Ferrari team principal Frederic Vasseur spoke about the specifics of the Las Vegas Grand Prix and named the team's goal for the weekend — to fight for the leading positions.

      Frederic Vasseur: "The Las Vegas Grand Prix is a unique round in the season calendar. The atmosphere, the schedule, with the race taking place on Saturday evening, and the track itself make the weekend special.

      At several recent rounds we have shown good pace and fought at the front. Our goal is to reproduce that form this weekend. In Vegas it is particularly important to pay attention to the specific characteristics of the circuit. Managing tyre condition in low-temperature conditions will be a key factor, as will a correct understanding of what is happening in the race in order to choose the best strategy.

      As usual, we will focus on our own tasks, trying not to miss anything important so as to achieve maximum speed."
