On Sunday Super Max confirmed it once again. I'm afraid that in 2025 he'll have to relinquish the championship throne, but in reality he is the one who deserves the title.
Kimi, our compatriot from Emilia‑Romagna, drove exceptionally well. Moreover, even the five‑second penalty, which I don't think was fair, didn't prevent him from finishing ahead of Charles Leclerc.
Certainly Antonelli still has a lot to learn, and of course he will make mistakes (let me remind you he didn't have the best qualifying). But in Formula 1 we have this Italian diamond, which makes me very happy.
Now about Ferrari.
To be frank, I don't even know what else to say here — especially after all the recent remarks by the company's president John Elkann, with whom, I repeat, I disagree.
As sad as it is, the Scuderia is only fourth in the Constructors' Championship, more than fifty points behind Mercedes. It is also quite far behind Red Bull, despite that team having only one driver. (I could develop this theme in a bitterly ironic vein, but I'll refrain from doing so out of love for my country).
And with all due respect to those who for many months have stubbornly refused to admit the obvious, the question is very simple: can we trust such team management on the eve of 2026?
I'm afraid the answer is obvious. That's the way things are.
At the same time we somehow have to restore that trust, because there is no alternative, and worst of all, in any case it is already too late. Alas...
