Lawson: I spent most of the race in traffic.

The Racing Bulls team could have scored points with both cars in Qatar, but only Liam Lawson finished in the top ten. Isack Hadjar had been comfortably running sixth, but a few laps from the finish his front-left tire punctured, and Isack slowly returned to the pits and retired.

Liam Lawson (9th): "It's positive that I was able to score points after starting from outside the top ten. On the empty track I had a very good pace, but for most of the race I was stuck in traffic. It's a shame we couldn't score with both cars because of the damage Isack sustained at the end of the race.

I'm looking forward to finishing the season in Abu Dhabi — we continue to fight in the Constructors' Championship."

Isack Hadjar (18th): "A very disappointing end to the race. Ten laps from the finish I noticed a strong vibration on the front-left endplate, so I did my best to stay off the kerbs. Unfortunately, the endplate broke and caused a puncture and other damage to the car, which forced me to retire.

It's a pity we lost a lot of points today. Also, the start didn't go well, but the team and I will analyze everything. Sixth place could have been a great reward.

We'll take all the positives from Qatar, where we showed strong pace, and head to Abu Dhabi for the final race of the season."
