"Due to logistics problems with the tire supplier, delays in the arrival of the cargo, and the need to revise the work schedule, the following measures will be taken. On Wednesday, and only at this stage, the first restricted period will be reduced by six hours for six personnel from each team with the sole purpose of preparing the tires," the race director's decision stated.
