The 2016 World Champion Nico Rosberg recorded a congratulatory message for Kimi Antonelli, who achieved his first victory in Formula 1 in Shanghai this past weekend. Kimi became the second youngest race winner in history and only the seventh driver to win in Formula 1 driving a Mercedes after Juan Manuel Fangio, Stirling Moss, Nico Rosberg, Lewis Hamilton, Valtteri Bottas, and George Russell. "Kimi, congratulations!" Nico Rosberg began in Italian, but immediately switched to English. "We have known each other for so many years, and it was great to see your progress over the years of your career. And now you have won in Formula 1 – it was very emotional to watch. You deserve it, just amazing, and I wish you all the best in the next race. You have a fantastic car, and you are in an amazing situation. I remember this from my own experience. Also, there is a certain similarity – I also won my first race in China. You and I are among only seven drivers who have won with Mercedes in Formula 1. So this is a special achievement.
