Adidas is set to enhance its rapidly expanding presence in Formula 1 by adding Red Bull to its list of teams. According to Bild, the German sportswear giant has reached an agreement to partner with Max Verstappen’s team starting in 2027, in addition to its current significant partnerships with Mercedes and Audi. The contract is anticipated to last for a minimum of three years, valued at approximately EUR 27 million per season, placing Red Bull in a similar position to Adidas’ other F1 collaborators. If confirmed, this partnership would allow Verstappen and Isack Hadjar to race in apparel featuring the brand's iconic three stripes. The deal has yet to be officially announced, with an Adidas spokesperson mentioning to the German newspaper: "We generally do not engage in rumors and speculation." Nonetheless, the report indicates that preparations are well underway, as Adidas has reportedly showcased initial design concepts that incorporate Red Bull’s traditional blue while adding new visual features. Red Bull is currently outfitted by Castore.
