Oscar Piastri talked about his plans for April.
In April, Formula 1 experienced an enforced break in the season due to the cancellation of races in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. Today, McLaren's press service released a video featuring Oscar Piastri, in which the Australian driver shared his plans for this month.
"So, what will I be doing in the next couple of weeks?" Oscar began his story. "To be honest, the plan hasn't fully come together yet, but I think there will be a bit more engineering work, possibly some marketing, and some entertaining videos for everyone.
But it's also a good opportunity to train properly. The off-season this year was very short, so in this small window, we can all work on our fitness. Overall, we have more time for training.
I think we learned a lot in the first races, but there's still work to be done. The break will give us a bit more time to analyze everything, digest it calmly, and try to come back stronger for the race in Miami. So yes, I'll be doing a bit of everything.
I could also mention my birthday, but I think that's enough. I'm happy."
