      Andrea Stella: “Oscar and Lando work very well together as a team. These guys have gone through a title fight that they dreamed of since childhood, competing against each other in every race, but they continue to show mutual respect.

      Perhaps we, from the team side, helped them find this approach and apply it in their work, but both of them are completely sincere when they talk about their good relationship. That’s why they race for McLaren, as the relationship between a driver and the team wouldn’t have developed if we didn’t share common values, a shared mindset, and an approach to racing.

      Personally, I am very proud of Lando and Oscar for how they work as a team. If we didn’t have the 2025 season, I would say, ‘Let’s see how they will fight for the championship,’ but we have already seen that. Right now, I’m just proud of them and happy with what they are doing for themselves and for McLaren.”
