Lindblad: I am satisfied with the first races and continue to learn.

      Arvid Lindblad is the only rookie this season in Formula 1. In an interview, the Racing Bulls driver talked about how he assesses his performances in the first three stages and what he expects in the upcoming races.

      Question: How are you spending the April break in the championship?

      Arvid Lindblad: The break came as a surprise, so I tried to make the most of this time, analyze the first races, and draw conclusions from them. I also focused on physical training and worked on the simulator. The first stages took place in not the hottest conditions, but it will get hotter, so I am trying to prepare well for that.

      Question: How do you assess the start of the season?

      Arvid Lindblad: I didn't set any specific goals for myself, as the main task was to learn. I am satisfied with how the first races went, but of course, I continue to work on myself. The team performed excellently; we accomplished key tasks, and this helped us consistently earn points.

      Question: What can you say about the tight competition in the midfield?

      Arvid Lindblad: It's still early to draw conclusions because the balance of power changes from race to race. Because of this, it's hard to say exactly in which specific areas we are strong and where we still need to improve. Everyone is constantly progressing, and the battle in the midfield is very tight. We have a good power unit, but there are areas where we can get better. We performed excellently in Melbourne, but other teams have already taken a step forward. We still have work to do, but this is a normal situation for new cars.

      Question: What is the atmosphere like in the team? Have you bonded with your new teammate Liam Lawson?

      Arvid Lindblad: We have known each other for a long time, and that certainly helps. Liam and I have great mutual understanding, which contributes to an excellent atmosphere in the team. I enjoy sharing the garage with him. We quickly bonded and help the team move forward. The ability to openly discuss all issues and provide clear feedback is really very important.

      Question: What are your expectations for the upcoming stages?

      Arvid Lindblad: For all of us, the key moment will be the regulatory changes in Miami and how quickly we can adapt to them. For me, the most important thing is to continue learning and progressing. I am looking forward to the next races and how everything will turn out.
