7️⃣ BMW has introduced a facelift for the seventh-generation 7 Series, and it’s quite extensive. The 2027 model features a completely refreshed exterior that aligns more closely with the Neue Klasse design language, alongside the new Panoramic iDrive inside, a standard passenger touchscreen, and the controversial vertical two-spoke steering wheel.
🤑 According to a Bloomberg report, Ferrari plans to price its Luce EV around $650,000.
🔥 Ford is recalling approximately 140,000 Ranger pickup trucks due to improperly positioned or secured wiring harnesses behind the sun visor and headliner, which could cause a short circuit and lead to a fire near the A pillar, as reported by Reuters.
📉 In California, EV registrations have decreased by 40% compared to a year ago, with Tesla particularly affected, as its sales have dropped 24% in the state during that period, according to Reuters.
⚡ Do you remember the Smart Fortwo? It has returned—though not in the U.S.—as the Smart #2, reminiscent of its predecessor’s design and offering about 186 miles of all-electric range, as reported by InsideEVs.
6️⃣ Porsche specialists Gunther Werks have revealed the final installment in their Speedster series, aptly named Project Endgame. A completely rebuilt 993, Endgame boasts an 840-horsepower, 660 lb-ft 4.0-liter twin-turbo flat-six engine developed by Rothsport Racing, according to Top Gear.
