      Last winter, Oscar Piastri announced changes in his entourage, including that his mentor and manager Mark Webber would play a less significant role going forward. In the High Performance podcast, the Australian driver spoke gratefully about his collaboration with Webber… Oscar Piastri: “At the beginning of my Formula 1 career, Mark asked questions and offered ideas that I hadn’t thought of. I was amazed at how well he understood everything. But now, at the start of my fourth season, I either have the right answers or I know what questions to ask. This comes with experience. The more experience I have, the less work there is for Mark. Some lessons you have to learn from your own bitter experience; there’s no other way. But thanks to Mark’s experience and advice, I was able to avoid many difficulties, especially in the first two years. I didn’t even know about many problems – Mark solved them for me.”
